Who receives messages
Freedom Eagle Realty sends email and SMS messages to two groups: licensed real estate agents who have registered for our agent portal, and prospective buyers and sellers who have asked to be connected with an agent through one of our referral partners.
How we obtain consent
Agents give express written consent during registration by checking separate, unchecked boxes for email and for SMS. Neither box is required to create an account, and consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of registration or of receiving referrals. Prospective buyers and sellers give consent at the point where they request to be contacted. We record the date, time, IP address, and the exact wording of the disclosure shown at the moment consent was given.
What we send
- Transactional messages about your account and your referrals: verification codes, password resets, new referral assignments, and status changes.
- Program updates about the referral network, sent only to those who have opted in.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your referral activity. Most agents receive fewer than ten messages per month.
Cost
We do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Keywords
- Reply STOP to any SMS to stop receiving text messages. We will send one confirmation message and then stop.
- Reply START to resume text messages after you have stopped them.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or change your preferences in the portal. You can also opt out without signing in from our unsubscribe page.
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages that are necessary to operate your account, such as password resets and verification codes.
Carrier and third parties
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
