Acceptance
By registering for or using the Freedom Eagle Realty agent portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
Eligibility
The portal is available only to real estate agents who hold a current, valid license in the state or states in which they practice. You are responsible for keeping your license and brokerage information accurate and current. Access is granted after review and may be suspended or revoked at our discretion.
Your account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with anyone else. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Referral information
Referral contact information is confidential and is provided to you solely for the purpose of servicing the referral. You may not use it for any other purpose, including your own marketing, and you may not sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose it. You must comply with all applicable laws when contacting a referral, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable do-not-call rules.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access data belonging to other agents, probe or disrupt the service, or use automated means to extract data from the portal.
Compensation
Referral fees and their terms are governed by the separate written agreement between you or your brokerage and Freedom Eagle Realty. Nothing on the portal modifies that agreement, and nothing here guarantees that you will receive any referral.
Availability and changes
The portal is provided as-is. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
