Who we are
Freedom Eagle Realty operates this agent portal for licensed real estate agents in our referral network. This policy describes the information we collect through the portal and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when registering: name, email address, mobile phone number, real estate license number and state, and your brokerage affiliation.
- Referral information assigned to you, including the contact details of prospective buyers and sellers and the status of each referral.
- Documents you upload, such as license and insurance documentation.
- Communication records: the email and SMS messages we send you or send on your behalf, and their delivery status.
- Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps, recorded when you register and when you grant or withdraw messaging consent.
How we use it
- To verify your identity and license and to review your application.
- To match you with referrals and to operate the referral workflow.
- To send you transactional messages about your account and your referrals.
- To send you optional program updates, where you have consented.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers who operate the portal on our behalf — including our email provider (SendGrid), our SMS provider (Twilio), and our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud) — and with the referring party or brokerage associated with a referral. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.
Messaging
Our practices for email and SMS, including how to opt out, are described in our Messaging Policy.
Retention
We retain account and referral records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax, and regulatory purposes. Consent and opt-out records are retained indefinitely so that we can honor and prove them.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile and messaging preferences from within the portal at any time. To opt out of messages without signing in, use our unsubscribe page. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
